Autumn in the Art House
poetry, portraiture, workshops with local artisans - find us creating together in the art house all fall long
Fractured & Fused is a mixed media gallery show featuring the art of Tiff Monde: tarot reader, instructor, artist - and our newest Hinterland team member. Tiff’s work both deconstructs and re-imagines the stories and symbolism of tarot as applied to our current world, and to her personal story. Using pieces of hand-cut found imagery spanning decades of collected media, this show literally bursts through the frames of old-world cards, weaving new meaning with ancient framework - and asking viewers to consider what is still possible in the chaos.
Celebrate the show and Halloween weekend at our free opening event!
Come in costume as your favorite tarot card.
Costume prizes, light reception fair, and open craft studio time will be provided.

Hinterland seeks to create accessible connection to the art world. With artists new and experienced, body art clients, creators, makers, and our communities/visitors, we see art as opportunity for connection.
